Chapter 1
Penn State Student Code of Conduct
The Student Code of Conduct (“Code”) sets forth the community standards and procedures that maintain and protect an environment that is conducive to learning and supports Penn State’s educational objectives.
The Code prohibits discriminatory misconduct, as defined by AD85 and AD91, which includes sex and gender-based harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, and dating and/or domestic violence.
It is important to know that engaging in these behaviors, may result in suspension, or even expulsion from the university.
